Community Engagement

Thinking Ergonomix has a belief that all people are equal regardless of their position in the community or their position within the company.

We love to help people who face different challenges to the challenges we face ourselves. Thinking Ergonomix sponsors Marayke Jonkers who is a disabled athlete. Marayke has competed at the Sydney, Athens and Beijing Olympic Games and the sponsorship ensures Marayke can fulfill her goals on a personal and professional level.

Caring for our Staff

Thinking Ergonomix provides full financial reimbursement for all staff who choose to complete further education to develop their skills. This is over and above the training courses that occur on a regular basis for staff.

Thinking Ergonomix is committed to ensuring staff are healthy and have every opportunity to improve their health and lifestyle.

A personal fitness trainer visits the Thinking Ergonomix team twice per week to work with staff on their personal fitness and dietary requirements in the on-site gymnasium.

More than 50% of the staff recently participated in a Health Challenge. The company organised a health professional to assess all staff that participated in the challenge to establish their level of health. The health professional then gave advice on how to improve their health – ranging from diet, vitamin, to exercise. Their progress was monitored during the challenge, and then re-assessed at the end of the challenge.

Community Support

Thinking Ergonomix has a belief that all people are equal regardless of their position in the company or their position within the community. We love to help people achieve their personal goals and we enjoy assisting others with whatever support they require. Thinking Ergonomix makes regular donations to a variety of charities and responds to natural disasters with assistance as required.
